Try the official dodgeball rules at our WDBF mini-league

In our Tuesday Casual and Wednesday Competitive leagues, we play by rec rules — a popular dodgeball version that is fast-paced and chaotic. But there’s another set of rules that is fast becoming the standard for dodgeball leagues across Canada: World Dodgeball Federation (WDBF) rules.

If you want to try these rules or deepen your understanding of them, join us for a WDBF mini-league on Wednesdays March 1, 15 and 22 from 6-7 PM at St. Mary’s Wellness Centre. Fees for all three dates are only $27 (taxes included).

Participants will form a draft team and spend the hour playing scrimmages, including getting the chance to practice reffing.

These are the same rules that are used in official tournaments, and if you’re new to the rules, we’ll pair you up with experienced players to show you the ropes.
